Free Trial #

Ingantt for Web starts with a free 7-day trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start it.

Starting the trial #

Your trial starts the first time you sign in with Google. There is nothing to activate: Ingantt registers your Google account, sends you a welcome email, and your 7 days begin. The trial is tied to your Google account, not to a device or browser, so signing in on another device continues the same trial.

What is included #

Everything. There is no feature held back during the trial — AI project generation, Microsoft Project import and export, Google Drive integration, resource leveling, baselines, and earned value all work exactly as they do on a paid subscription.

Keeping track of the time left #

The navigation drawer shows your status:

• Free trial ends in N days
• Free trial almost ended
• Free trial ended

You also get an email a couple of days before the trial ends, and another when it has ended.

When the trial ends #

Ingantt switches to view only mode and the interface says View only mode as trial ended.

• Nothing is deleted. Your project files stay in your Google Drive, exactly where they were. They are yours; Ingantt does not store your projects on its own servers.
• You can still open your projects and read them.
• You cannot save changes until you subscribe. If you try, Ingantt offers the subscription dialog.
• To get your plans out, use File → Download → Download XML, or open the files from Google Drive with any tool that reads Microsoft Project XML.

Subscribe from Subscribe now in the message, or from the Account dialog. See Subscriptions and Payment.

Installed apps #

This article describes Ingantt for Web. If you installed Ingantt from the App Store, Google Play, the Mac App Store, or the Microsoft Store, your access is governed by that store's purchase — see Subscriptions and Payment.

Questions about your trial #

Anything to do with extending a trial, restarting one, or a trial that ended earlier than you expected: email support with the Google account address you signed in with, and we will look at the account.
