Subscriptions and Payment #
Ingantt for Web is a subscription, billed per user. This article covers the plans, buying for yourself or for a team, where to see and cancel a subscription, and what happens afterwards.
If you installed Ingantt from the App Store, Google Play, the Mac App Store, or the Microsoft Store, your purchase belongs to that store and is managed there, not here. Open the store's subscriptions or purchases screen to see or change it, and use the store's refund process. See also the Terms of Service.
Plans #
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| Monthly | $7.99 per user, per month |
| Yearly | $71.88 per user, per year |
Both plans include every feature. The yearly plan is the same product paid in one instalment — it works out at $5.99 per user per month, which is why you may see that figure quoted as a "from" price.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Buying a subscription #
Open the Account dialog, or click Subscribe now when Ingantt tells you your trial has ended, and follow the steps:
- Choose who it is for — yourself, or other people. To buy for a team, choose I want to purchase subscriptions for others and enter one email address per line. Each address needs to be an address that person can sign in to Google with.
- Choose the plan — monthly or yearly.
- Enter your billing details — name, address, city, postal code, state or region, country, and phone number.
- Review the purchased items and billing details.
- Pay in new window — payment is handled by our payment provider in a separate window.
When the payment goes through, Ingantt confirms that the subscription — or the list of subscriptions you bought for others — is now active.
If the payment window says the payment is still processing, that is normal. Wait for the Notice of successful payment email, then click Refresh in the dialog to pick up the new status.
Your subscription is linked to the Google account you are signed in with. Sign in with that account on any device to use it. An address that already has an active subscription cannot be bought a second one.
Seeing and managing subscriptions #
Manage subscriptions in the Account dialog lists the subscriptions you have bought — the user each one is for, the purchase date, and who bought it. Refresh re-reads the current state from the server.
This is also where team purchases are administered: whoever paid for the seats sees all of them and can cancel any of them individually.
Your own status is shown in the navigation drawer as Paid subscriber, Subscription inactive, or the remaining days of your trial or paid period.
Cancelling #
- Open Account → Manage subscriptions.
- Click Cancel on the row for the user you want to cancel, and confirm.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut off access immediately: the message Subscription canceled, but all features available until the paid period ends means exactly that, and the drawer then counts down with Paid period ends in N days. When the paid period runs out, Ingantt switches to view-only mode.
Your projects are not affected by cancelling. They live in your Google Drive and remain there, readable and downloadable as Microsoft Project XML.
Payments, receipts, and refunds #
- Card payments for Ingantt for Web are processed by our payment provider, WayForPay. Ingantt does not see or store your card details.
- The payment confirmation email comes from the payment provider. Ingantt emails you separately when a subscription is activated or cancelled.
- Refunds for web subscriptions: contact support@ingantt.com within 7 days of purchase, as set out in the Terms of Service.
- Refunds for App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store purchases are handled by Apple, Google, or Microsoft under their own policies.
For anything else — a VAT or company invoice, changing between the monthly and yearly plan, moving a seat to a different person, or a payment that was charged twice — email support with the account address and, if you have it, the payment reference.
Your account and your data #
- Where your projects live: in your Google Drive. Ingantt keeps a user record for the web version — your email, name, and subscription state — and not your project data. See the Privacy Policy.
- Signing out of Google in Ingantt does not cancel a subscription and does not touch your files.
- Deleting your account: send the request to support@ingantt.com. Deleting your Ingantt account does not delete the project files in your Google Drive or on your device — those stay yours to keep or remove.
